Lodging Rates - 2025 Prices

All Cabins & Rooms come with a Free private trail pass, & outdoor Riding Arena use.


*On Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and any other weekend we are hosting an event, all reservations must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking them, and there are no refunds if you cancel. Deposits are not refundable and not transferable.

If your site and/or the cabin is not canceled 14 days before your arrival; you will be charged for the other half.


Coggins are required on all horses and health papers are only required if you are coming from any other state other than MN, WI, or IA.

The Casa de Outback "Bridal Suite" (Included in the cost of the venue when the venue is rented.)

The Casa offers 1,000 square feet of western living. It is furnished with real log furniture, a fireplace, a full kitchen, three hair and makeup stations, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with one queen-sized bed in each room. It also has all of the comforts of home with satellite T.V., free Wi-Fi, and A.C. You will need to bring your own toiletries (shampoo & body wash). We provide all bedding for the beds, bath, and kitchen linens. Basic kitchen needs will also be provided (pots/pans, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, dishes, and utensils). This space is located on the upper level of the indoor venue and is not a free-standing cabin. The Casa easily sleeps four to six people and has a beautiful view overlooking the Outback Ranch. The Casa is not only available to horseback riders but also to hikers, bikers, hunters & snowmobiles.

 $195 per night for 1-4 people 

 $35 per add. Person + tax

2-night minimum on weekends.

3-night minimum on holiday weekends

Weekly Rate

$1,005 per week for 1-4 people 

 $150 per add. person + tax.

Horse Lodging Options:

Dry lots/pasture (some grass) with run-in shed; 

automatic water & a hay feeder for $25 per horse/night.


NO PETS or Smoking allowed in the Casa.

Check-in time is 3 PM, and Check-out time is 11 AM. You are welcome to stay and ride, but please be out of your room by check-out time.

The Morning Ridge Cabin

The Morning Ridge Cabin comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen, bathroom, heat, air conditioning, comfortable seating, and sleeping conditions. There are two queen beds in the master bedroom and two full beds in the loft. You will need to bring your own toiletries. We provide all bedding for the beds, bath, and kitchen linens. Basic kitchen needs will also be provided (pots/pans, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, dishes, and utensils). This cabin sleeps up to eight people and also comes with picnic tables and a fire ring.

The Morning Ridge Cabin is not only available to horseback riders but also to hikers, bikers, hunters, and snowmobiles. There are also Electrical and Primitive Campsites nearby!  

Weekend and Day Rate

$225 per night for 1-4 people / $35 per add. Person + tax.

2-night minimum on weekends.

3-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Horse Lodging Options:

Outdoor pens are $15 per pen per night. (6 in total)

The Wrangler Room "Groom's Den" (Included in the cost of the venue when the venue is rented.)

The Wrangler Room is a very cozy 12' X 20' room that offers the feel of Western living. It is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a queen bed, a love seat (not a pullout), and a full bathroom. It comes furnished with bedding, satellite T.V. DVD player, free Wi-Fi, A.C., and heat. You will need to bring your own toiletries (shampoo & body wash). We provide all bedding for the beds, bath, and kitchen linens. Basic kitchen needs (pots/pans, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, dishes, and utensils) will also be provided. It sleeps two comfortably, and this space is located on the lower level of the indoor venue and is not a free-standing cabin.

The Hidden Springs Cabin

 The Hidden Springs Cabin is a cute one-room cabin with electricity and a day bed with a trundle bed, both fully finished with bedding. It also comes with a table for two, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a dorm-size refrigerator. Basic kitchen needs will also be met (pots/pans, dishes, and utensils). It has AC and an electric heater for chilly nights. Bathroom facilities are nearby in the Indoor Venue, and a port-a-potty is within a short walking distance. You will need to bring your own toiletries. This cabin sleeps two people comfortably and has its own personal fire pit. 

 The Hidden Springs Cabin is available not only to horseback riders but also to hikers, bikers, hunters, and snowmobiles.

Weekend and Day Rate

$105 per night for 1-2 people + tax.

2 nights minimum on weekends;

3 -night minimum on holiday weekends.

Firewood is available for $7 a bundle. Yes, you can bring your own, but that's a hassle, so we make it available here, and we can even deliver it right to your site. If you bring your own, please make sure it does not have nails in it.


The trails are well accommodating for young and old horses, with some being more advanced than others. All trails are mowed and well-groomed, and very few are rocky.


You will be riding on private property. Please stay on the trail and remove all that you take in. Please do not cause us to lose our trail privileges.


Please treat all trails with respect, as many of them are private. We do not charge to ride the trails, and we are not liable for any accidents. Ride at your own risk. Trail passes are required to ride on all trails.


Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash or shock collar. We ask that all manure and garbage be cleaned up daily, or there will be a $5 per day per horse charge.


Quiet time is 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.


Coggins papers are required for all horses, and health papers are required for all horses not located in the three-state area. TWO BUNKHOUSES
